#3912: matched CD TOC page should have a link to the disc id

When you look up a CD in Picard and it has a match, the result web page
should have a link to the disc id for the looked up CD.
It is possible to get it by 1) copying the id from the URL string, 2)
clicking on the release name, 3) searching for the id string and 4)
clicking on the disc id link
