[lingo-dev] [Heads Up] minor SVN change...

Just a heads up; to be able to handle multi-module builds a little
easier I'm putting a parent pom.xml in the directory above 'lingo' so
the new directory layout will soon be...

trunk/
  pom.xml
  lingo/
    pom.xml
    src/
  lingo-foo/
    pom.xml
    src

etc.

So folks can checkout the 'trunk' directory and build all the modules
- or folks can stick in the 'lingo' directory to just build the core
stuff.

Hopefully if you are just working in the core module 'lingo' things
will just work and you won't notice any difference. Will commit these
changes later today when I've tested they all work fine.
