Remove getSafeJCRPath methods in HierarchyManagerImpl
-----------------------------------------------------

                 Key: JCR-1603
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-1603
             Project: Jackrabbit
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: jackrabbit-core
            Reporter: Jukka Zitting
            Priority: Minor

The getSafeJCRPath utility methods in the HierarchyManagerImpl class have not been used since revision 485720, but their presence still causes the hierarchy managers to depend on namespace mapping information. I'll remove the methods to simplify things.
