If i specify the following in service.properties:
wfs.Transaction=WFS_ROLE_WRITE
and then make a request in which the "request" parameter does match exactly the case, like:
wfs?request=transaction
The operation proceeds, changing to:
wfs?request=Transaction
authentication proceeds as expected.
