Update legal files after moving to Apache Directory Shared LDAP version 0.9.9
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: DIRSTUDIO-317
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRSTUDIO-317
             Project: Directory Studio
          Issue Type: Task
            Reporter: Pierre-Arnaud Marcelot
            Assignee: Pierre-Arnaud Marcelot
            Priority: Blocker
             Fix For: 1.2.0

The future 0.9.9 version of the Apache Directory Shared will contain some cryptographic classes from Bouncy Castle.
When we'll move to this version of the library, we'll need to update a few legal files, as well as inform the US government and add an entry for Studio in the ASF Export Classifications and Source Links page (http://www.apache.org/licenses/exports/)

The full process is described here: http://www.apache.org/dev/crypto.html
