I very much like the "Locate DN in DIT (F3)" function. However, quite often I need to locate an entry, whose DN comes from an external source. For that, I'd like have a "Goto DN" action, which opens a dialog where I can insert the DN by copy&paste.

What you could do as a quick workaround: Create a new bookmark (LDAP Browser -> right click -> New Bookmark), paste your DN into the Name and DN field and click Finish. Then click to the bookmark and press F3.

There is an action in the browser context menu now. If you already have copied an DN to the clipboard then it is automatically inserted into the dialog.
