[feature request] preview for abbrevitions

Hi,
i have many abbrevitions defined...
as a help for a friend (i know my abbrevs :) ), i preview (a simple
statictext with linebreaks) of the selected abbrevition in the "insert
abbrevition"-Dialog would be useful.
