[dev] Codehaus servers are back onlineGreetings everyone,
There was a major outage at Codehaus, apparently a corrupt filesystem, and websites, svn, mailing lists are gradually getting back up again. Bob and Ben have diligently worked over past more than a week to restore stuff for projects and are still working their way through other niggly bits to move stuff to new servers and better infrastructure. I am not sure about SVN commit access yet, but we should be able to checkout stuff. Actually, I suggest a fresh checkout for all committers, since the last restored revision is different from the ones that might be floating around and it may cause problems with SVN commits. I will doing some checks on the SVN trunk once I have the confirmation that SVN commits are allowed, and some cleanups. Ohh another thing - there are no more shell logins allowed to codehaus servers. Also, please checkout http://www.fnokd.com/2006/05/19/codehaus-update/ for more outage related updates. Ping this list if you have any questions or hang around on #codehaus channel on the Codehaus IRC to for latest updates. Cheers, Rahul --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscribe@... For additional commands, e-mail: dev-help@... |
