OK, done. Now, instead of one badly-named "MacUGens" target we have
"MouseUGens" and "KeyboardUGens".

WIN32: the vcproj will probably need updating, so "MacUGens" becomes
"MouseUGens". Apparently keyboard isn't enabled on win32 so that one
won't need adding.

LINUX: I've updated the SConstruct, would be grateful if someone would
have a quick test and confirm it's OK.
