When using the attach Files option when authoring a page I have noticed the
move up and down option for the files. This does not appear to work. I looked
at the xsl and thought that an xsl sort we had on there must be overriding the
up down functionality. I took this off but now the ordering just does what it
wants. Does anyone have any ideas on how this is supposed to work correctly.
