We solved 11 issues:

can i assume the snapshot is as good the staging one? .. I can have my

Well, it's always better to use the real staging bits, blah blah blah but
I did a snapshot deploy about 30 seconds before I ran release:prepare, so
the snapshot build is probably "close enough."

+1: tested on Maven core 2.0.10-SNAPSHOT: no problem

we solved 20 issues: 9 fixed issues were affected to 2.5, which was the
initial target. I reaffected them to 2.4.3.
