[VOTE] Release Grizzly 1.8.0

Hi,

I would like to propose releasing Grizzly 1.8.0. All the issues
discussed during our last meeting. Change logs can be found here:

Vote close Wednesday 06/11/2008 @ 12h00 PST. I will tag the workspace
now so normal activities can happens on the trunk.

I've tested in v3, and also compared with 1.0.20:

1.8.0:

> ops/sec: 3094.108
> % errors: 0.0
> avg. time: 0.059
> max time: 13.208
> 90th %: 0.10

1.0.20:

> INFO: Detail finished. Results written to /var/tmp/faban_ab/2.
> ops/sec: 2510.742
> % errors: 0.0
> avg. time: 0.143
> max time: 12.796
> 90th %: 0.25

I've used Faban [1] as a load driver, with 2000 simultaneous users.

functional tests.
