[RESULT] Use BSD license

With 2 +1s (Ahi, Rod) and no -1s we seem to have consensus on this
thread.  We are resolved to change the Axion license to:

BTW, IS there any other developer reading mail in this thread?
 
I have been lately playing with Axion code base to improve performance
based on http://www.polepos.org/ <http://www.polepos.org/>  test result.
I did have some success, but seems like delete is still slow for both
array as well as btree index.
 
I will tag and check-in my changes soon. If you anyone interested to see
before I checkin I can send a patch. After this checking the inserts and
specifically the prepare statements will be real fast.
