[PATCH/SAMBA4] Rename smbd to samba

[Jelmer Vernooij]

Attached is a patch that renames "smbd" in Samba 4 to "samba", per the
discussion on the list earlier.

If there are no objections, I'll push this patch in a couple of days.

Once this is in, I think the next step is looking at the "sambactl"
utility that combines testparm and smbstatus.

Also, would it be a good idea to rename the source4/smbd directory to
source4/server ? This directory doesn't contain any smb-specific code,
it's all generic infrastructure.

Seem a god idea yes, the name is confusing as it is.

I'm not sure 'samba' is a great name for a daemon, but sambad is worse,
and I don't have any better ideas.  Let's rename it now, or we never
will..
