[PATCH] Add configure option for non-standard binutils lib

When using 'configure --with-binutils=<binutils-installdir>', the LDFLAGS "-L" flag was hardcoded to "<binutils-installdir>/lib".  This is not necessarily correct.  For example, ppc64 systems are "biarch", where 32-bit libs are installed into <pkg>/lib and 64-bit libs are installed into <pkg>/lib64.  The attached patch adds a new configure option to specify the library name under the binutils-installdir (default value="lib").

If no comments received by early next week, I'll commit this patch.

Thanks.
