Messages are now stored in {$specific)/resources/messages under the following
file names :
* Tab.xml for tab names (Tab_fr.xml for french)
* Portlet.xml for portlet titles (Portlet_fr.xml for french)
* Field.xml for field labels in creation and read modes (Field_fr.xml for
french)

Next time, it should be a good idea to store messages in the database, and
generate message files when asked.
