[JuiCE] Some new features avaliable

All,

the latest version of JuiCE now supports following MAC functions:

- HMAC (Hashed MACs) with MD{2,4,5}, SHA1 (other SHA also
  if supported by openSSL, see remark for digests), RIPEMD160

- Cipher based MAC for DES (64-bit key) and DESEDE (192-bit Key)

As usual unit tests are available.

The block cipher algorithms now support a new padding mode
"ZEROBYTEPADDING".
