Using the mouse wheel to scroll through the web page while the modal view window is open causes the view window to "crash"
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: RTFACT-340
                 URL: http://www.jfrog.org/jira/browse/RTFACT-340
             Project: Artifactory
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Web UI
    Affects Versions: 1.2.5
Environment: This issue was duplicated on two different machines running Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP Pro SP2
            Reporter: David Fay
            Assignee: Yoav Landman

Steps to reproduce:

- In the repository browser, open a file for view (In my case it was a pom file)
- Use the mouse wheel to scroll through the view.  Scroll down (or up) until the web page begins to scroll.

At that point, the modal view appears to crash the browser.  The window disappears, leaving a blank area on the screen where it used to be.   The page content remains disabled, but you can still access the toolbar buttons, menu options and address bar on the browser.

Workarounds:

- Use the refresh button
- Place the cursor in the address line and hit enter (to reload the current page)
- Use the back button and then return to the page.
