This support has been added to the Subversion command line for SVN 1.6 (as of r32860). I suspect this
will still require some changes in our code to use, but they should now be simple and standard. Might
have to invent a different prompting dialog, for example, and almost certainly register an additional
handler, something like (and perhaps exactly at) the svn_auth_get_keychain_simple_provider() code in
SCPluginContext.m
