http://amarok.kde.org/en/contact. i really like Amarok and all the features and was thinking that the equalizer has presets available so why not have Amarok automatically switch the equalizer to make the music sound better this could be achieved using those presets and by combining that with reading the tag info for the song and if there is no tag then simply leave the equalizer at flat im not much of a programmer my self so i cant implement this but i thought it was a idea worth sharing with you guys Report as inappropriate: http://amarok.kde.org/en/mollom/contact/6eed2fffa1586c3b _______________________________________________ Amarok mailing list Amarok@... https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/amarok |

A2 uses an external library called Phonon for all file decoding and audio output; A2 basically just hands a file to Phonon and says "play this". So features that use the raw audio data, including equalizers and spectrum analyzers, would have to be handled by Phonon, and not A2. Unfortunately, Phonon doesn't yet support these features, so A2 can't support them either. But once Phonon does get these features, support for them will probably be added pretty quickly to A2. -- Soren Harward stharward@... _______________________________________________ Amarok mailing list Amarok@... https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/amarok |
