[Campsite Support] Error access User -> Subscriber submenu

Received an error message "Cannot add user account" while attempting to save a user account. So I restart the template engine now a cannot access the User -> Subscriber submenu.  I receive the following error message:

Fedora 8:Campsite:2.7.0-rc5:User.php:260  
Software:  Campsite  
Error Message:  Undefined offset: 0  
Error Number:  8  
Time:  Mon, 02 Jun 2008 03:58:32 -0400  
Backtrace:  camp_report_bug() called at
User::fetch() called at
User::User() called at
require_once() called at

I have not made any changes in while so I not sure where to start troubleshoot. Any ideas how I can resolve this problem.

The other submenus under User work just fine (Staff, Staff User Types)

How did you try to create the user account? From the site (through templates) or through the admin interface?

Most probably the database was corrupted for some reason and you may need to delete the user that was created partially manually from the users table.
