A macro that is disabled by the comment marker and that contains a nested macro
will not be rendered properly. Instead, the remains of the wrapping macro are
displayed:
<% // this.foo bar=<% this.foobar %> FIXME %>
Rendering the above macro will result in
FIXME %>
