I think I might have found one more piece of the puzzle... It looks like if I
run kde3's "kdeinit", then after that the kde3 icons will get contained in
kde4's systray correctly. I also read some openbox documentation that said that
kde3 was using not-per-spec system tray code. Not sure if that's true or not,
but I'm wondering if there's something the kde4 system tray needs to do to
handle this correctly? Or maybe it's just a requirement that kde3's kdeinit be
run before kde4's system tray can handle kde3 apps' icons?
