Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
Test defines a texture and then frees up the base level texture.Then
texturedefines a new texture , If the rendering code does not free the original
texture and allocate a new one, then there should be memory access error
 when the newly defined mipmaps are being created.




Reproduce steps:
----------------
compile the case , startx ,and run it .

Case issue. This case only renders 5 pixels, however it expected 6 pixels are
rendered in it's test function.
