When compiling xine-lib under Mingw+MSys, I must force --disable-oss at
configure time, otherwise the build process will fail.
It would be good to disable OSS automatically into configure.ac, where *mingw*
or *cygwin* are detected.
Tested versions from 1.1.10.1 to 1.1.14
