[Attn: Web container team] Stop repackaging grizzly

Since Grizzly jars have OSGi metadata, can we stop repackaging Grizzly
in v3? Can web-container team do this change?

That's a good idea, but we don't have any cycle to do it, and more
important, the build is so unstable I would keep it like this for Prelude.

Can web-container team do this change?

I doubt, but I will let Jan decide.
