"dm.zdoc" is a tiny wrapper around "pydoc", the Python documentation
generator in Python's runtime library.
This wrapping makes "pydoc" available for Zope.
A wrapper is necessary because Zope uses the Python package "__path__"
feature which is not well supported by "pydoc".
