[ANNOUNCE] Mojarra 2.0.0 EDR1 is available

*NOTE: This is an early access release based on the EDR1 revision of the
JSF 2.0 specification.*
*This is not a final release and there are likely a few quirks.*

If you do try it out and find issues, please log issues [2] or drop a
