 According to the documentation and the generic implementation wxIcon is to
 be derived from wxBitmap. This is not the case for the Mac OS X version.
 wxIcon is directly derived from wxGDIObject.

Comment:

 This was a duplicate of #3711; I've fixed it by documenting wxIcon as
 derived from wxGDIObject (not _always_ true, but that happens for a lots
 of other classes in wx).
