#7263: MSN custom status per account setting disallows user input

Following on from Pidgin implementing the customisable status field for
the MSN/live protocol, status changes are possible when changing globally,
but not when changing status per protocol for MSN.
Steps to reproduce:
Click the current status at the bottom of the Buddy List
Select New status...
Click "Use a different status for some accounts"
Click the tickbox for MSN
The user can only change their away status, not the customised message
that appears below their display name.
Version 2.5.1, Windows build
I can test this under linux tomorrow too.
