When sending offline messages to arbitrary contacts, i get the german error message "Kann die Nachricht nicht senden: Server unerreichbar" which translates to "Cannot send the message: Server unavailable" and the message does not arrive (tested the latter with only one contact). It is present since today (23.08.2008) and when testing with the messenger SIM and the same contact, that contact would not receive my message, either (however no error message is thrown in SIM). When sending offline messages, both Pidgin and SIM are unable to get the message out to the contact (Pidgin displays the error message posted above, SIM displays nothing), who is using QIP on Windows XP or Vista afaik. He says that he can send offline messages with no problem (I don't know how or with whom he tested). I know some C language but I'm no programmer after all. I don't understand what you mean with "Can you give me contact in: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=16191 I am working on rewrite this patch.". The error was there from 21.08.2008 to 23.08.2008. I think we have a chance, only ICQ offline message servers were down and no change in protocol have been done. skypidgin: said to hear you that you do not have a time :-).
