I also think it's not necessary.

Besides, could you please Varun use appropriate prefix in the e-mail subjects? It really helps to filter NetCAT messages.

Well, I was thinking about it yesterday and I think that the for me, the
correct answer is "Yes if the bug is P1 (or maybe P2) and if it is
highly visible if you meet them" (like the one with incorrect projects
displayed in projects view, impossibility to create a PHP project or
disappearing nodes in the Override Method dialog).

This way, you NetCATers do not report so much duplicates of frequently
met bugs.

Otherwise you are right - it does not make much sense to write tons of
e-mails saying: I have found that there is one missing mnemonics in
"Tools>Hidden Options>Noone uses it" panel and I have filled an P4 issue
for that...
