[65cat] [php] StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

Hi,

I'm using Netbeans for PHP build 20080723011024
Using the Exception Reporter, I filed http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=141297.

This problem happens when opening a PHP file that has a lot of comments at the beginning of the file.
I think it has more than 30 lines of comment.
If I removed the comments, then this error never occurs.
I tested & retested, and found that if the lines of comment were trimmed to 3 lines then the error doesn't occur anymore.

Has anyone experience this before?
