The summary of [ticket:15794 ticket 15794] is "Figlet won't fetch". If I
search for [query:summary=~figlet tickets whose summary contains "figlet"]
it doesn't show up. To find it, I have to search for
[query:summary=~Figlet tickets whose summary contains "Figlet"] (using the
same case as in the ticket's summary). Can the search be made case-
insensitive, please?
