Summary: Make row highlighting work on IE for DojoSelectableList
Initial Comment:
IE does not support CSS :hover on HTML table rows (<tr>), which implies that row highlighting currently doesn't work with DojoSelectableListContainer.
This patch proposes a cross-browser solution using onmouseover and onmouseout callbacks.
This patch also makes row CSS alternating configurable through the Java API without overriding the onComponentTag method.
This patch also removes the use of a String class member to represent a boolean variable.
