Why such low priority? This leads to a crash, and all you have to do to
produce it is generate postscript from a canvas containing a stippled
(although not displayed as such) item. For instance...

$ wish
% pack [canvas .c]
% .c create rect 100 100 300 200 -fill blue -stipple gray25
1
% .c postscript

Added a constraint so this
test stops crashing the
Tk test suite.

Leaving open, as the panic
still indicates a bug.
