Summary: SCIM disregards ~/.XCompose and {locale}/Compose
Initial Comment:
SCIM has a hard coded table of compose key sequences. I think it would be better if SCIM read ~/.XCompose and/or "%L".
This also allows for SCIM to respect a locale different from the one from which the data in the table is created.
