Summary: bumper detects collisions incorrectly
Initial Comment:
bumpers with headings other than 90 or -90 detects collisions incorrectly - a slight offset in observable range occurs (it is easy to track with raytrace debug enabled). It seems one line has been commented out for some reason, but i guess it should have not. Not really sure if this patch doesn't cause any side effects, but it worked for me.
