Summary: Player-2.2 and 2.1 SVN: linuxjoystick Setup() patch
Initial Comment:
I know that more drivers should be fixed like that (Request() call moved from Setup() at the beginning of Main()) and one general patch would be better, but this is the one I'm using here frequently and I need it to be applied ASAP, so I'm placing it here for Player-2.2.SVN and Player-2.1.SVN.
This also removes unneded #include <iostream>, contributors should use PLAYER_WARN/PLAYER_ERROR instead of console I/O streams.
