Summary: Make garminnmea quieter
Initial Comment:
Currently the garminnmea driver will output "short time field; ignoring" everytime it gets a message with a short time field, however some GPS devices, such as the NovaTel Propak's, will output a messages at 20Hz regardless of if they have a signal or not. When indoors this causes the "short time field; ignoring" message to be printed 20 times a second...
This patch creates a static boolean to remember if it's already printed the message and then won't print it again, unless it starts receiving good data in the mean time. This way the user still gets debugging information, but leaving the GPS driver active while indoors won't fill the terminal buffer with garbage.
Applies to release-2.1-patches (Trivial patch that should also work on TRUNK and 2.1.1)
