Initial Comment:
Php Ldap Admin 1.1.0.5, openldap 2.4.9, Apache 2.2.8, Php 5.2.8, Fedora7 UP2DATE.

I'm able to log, to browse my tree.
I can create user, group, etc.

I can change any existing attribute. (userPassword, etc..)

I can add objectClass.

But when i want to add new attribute, i have 3 warning
And next, a fatal php error (attached un document 2)
