Summary: Logger.getNext() may not detect END_OF_LOG condition
Initial Comment:
If one thread is writing to the journal, and a second thread is reading the
journal using Logger.getNext(), it is possible that the reader will read an old
block and not detect the end of log.
Logger.getNext() method does not compare the BSN just read against the expected
BSN.
