[ #309205 ] [SOAP BC] HTTPS and SSL certificates

Hello,

I was able to acces a web service using client certificates with only a little
change in petals-bc-soap:

In fact, most of the fact was already done.

The patch that I propose should be completed to better check the presence of
the parameters and to ensure all possible ssl properties are covered.
