<t:datascroller> is not working

Hi friends,

I am using jsf 1.1, with richfaces 3.1 in my application. The problem I
am facing that whenever I am clicking on next option of pagination it is
not working as it should. Some time it goes to next page and some time
comes back to previous page.

I am using T:datascroller

The code is as follows.

The page does not contain any component of richfaces.
