"not built yet" message on all Tapestry Web Projects

Hi,

I'm completely new to Tapestry.

I have Eclipse Europa (3.3.0) and I installed the latest Spindle plug-in at the end of last week. I followed an online tutorial to create my first Tapestry project, all good and well. However, the Eclipse project explorer displays a "not built yet" message for my project - but won't actually let me build it.

FYI, I have this problem on both Windows XP and Linux Red Hat (both are running the same version of Eclipse and latest Spindle plug-in).

Is there an Eclipse setting to disable this "feature"?
