Hey,

see subject. What can I do more to debug this instead of just
booting a DEBUG/DIAGNOSTIC/APSDEBUG enabled kernel?

Normal dmesg part:
 ...
isa0 at pcib0
aps0 at isa0 port 0x1600-0x161e
aps0: failed to initialise
timecounter: Timecounter "clockinterrupt" frequency 100 Hz quality 0
 ...

DEBUG/DIAG/APSDEBUG part:
 ...
isa0 at pcib0
aps: state register 0x5
aps0 at isa0 port 0x1600-0x161e
aps: reg 0x11 not val 0x0!
aps0: failed to initialise
timecounter: Timecounter "clockinterrupt" frequency 100 Hz quality 0
 ...

This is a T61 Thinkpad running 4.99.72/i386.

-Martin

Funny thing on my machine: aps0 works even when I get this message.
I am running 4.99.72/amd64 (T60), and I don't see it anymore, but I
remember having seen it for a while.
